Our contact form also collects the subject and message you write. Where technically supported we record consent details such as the selected SMS category, the consent timestamp, the source page, the disclosure version, the browser user agent, and the IP address if available.

We use your information to send the guides and messages you requested, to respond to written inquiries, to maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests, and to operate and improve the website.

If you check an SMS consent box, we send text messages only for the categories you selected:

You will receive a single confirmation that messaging has ended, and no further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again. Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We keep contact messages and consent records for as long as needed to operate the messaging program and to document consent and opt-out history, then delete or archive them.
